The application will be open from the 18th of May until the 23rd of July. To apply as a participant, fill out the application form. You may choose to join as an individual participant or as a team of 5 (delegation).

CC26 is a paid event, and participants must complete the registration fee payment before submitting their application form. We highly encourage participants to fully engage in all four days of the event to fully experience the immersive nature of CC26. However, if participants encounter any issues regarding attendance, they should inform the organizing committee in advance.

We strongly encourage participants to engage across all four pillars, as each pillar contributes to the overall delegation score (winning a pillar might significantly boost the chances of winning the award).

Accommodation and transportation are not covered. However, we can assist participants upon request. The closest public transport to the University of Nottingham Malaysia is the MRT/KTM Kajang station. A free bus service between the station and the university will be provided for participants. For more information, please refer to the delegate handbook that is provided upon registration. Food vouchers will be provided, and dinner will be covered for those attending the social night.

Yes. In addition to the awards, all participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completing the event.
